Description
Our whipped honey is made from our raw wildflower honey. We whip it to introduce air and to accelerate crystal formation. The continuous stirring ensures that the crystals that form will be smooth in texture and will have a consistent size.
Whipped honey can separate over time with liquid honey settling to the bottom and the lighter air-filled crystals at the top. Keeping whipped honey in the fridge or freezer will slow this separation.
If you find that your whipped honey has separated, it can be easily stirred back to a creamy consistency.
