Description
Our pure maple syrup is produced with sap collected from Nova Scotia maples and reduced to syrup over a wood fire. The resulting syrup is dark with a rich taste.
Our syrup is 100% pure and free of preservatives. As such, it has a shelf life of approximately 1 year. It should be kept in a cool dark place until opened. After being opened, it should be refrigerated.
